Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReviewReact ("the Service"), operated by Sara, a sole proprietor based in Romania, EU. By creating an account or using ReviewReact, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReviewReact is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses generate professional responses to Google reviews. The Service consists of:

  • A Chrome browser extension that integrates with Google Maps to generate review responses.
  • A web dashboard at reviewreact.com/dashboard for managing your account, business profiles, and voice settings.

ReviewReact generates suggested responses — it does not automatically post replies on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and posting all responses.

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • Authentication is handled via magic link emails — there are no passwords.
  • One account per email address. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is not allowed.
  • You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We will notify you by email before your trial expires.

5. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
  • All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store your credit card information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReviewReact to:

  • Generate fake, misleading, or fraudulent review responses.
  • Harass, threaten, or defame any person through generated content.
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond its intended interface.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.
  • Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions associated with your plan.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The ReviewReact service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by ReviewReact and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your content: You retain ownership of any data you provide (business descriptions, voice profiles). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Generated responses: AI-generated review responses are produced for your use. You are free to use, modify, and publish them as you see fit. We claim no ownership over generated content.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ReviewReact uses artificial intelligence to generate review responses. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or not perfectly suited to your needs. You are responsible for reviewing all generated responses before posting them. We are not liable for any consequences arising from content you choose to publish.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • ReviewReact is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
  • We are not responsible for any actions taken by Google or other third parties in response to your use of generated content.

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted under Romanian and EU law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

By you: You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us at hello@reviewreact.com. Active subscriptions will be cancelled and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if we are required to do so by law. In case of termination for cause, we may terminate access immediately without a refund for the remaining billing period.

Upon termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.

If you are an EU consumer, you also have the right to submit disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect.
